A dream maker and goal chaser

James Liu: I always put myself as a company’s manager role to look at things no matter my position was and tried to make my work perfectly. I started my first job as an office staff at early 20’s, having my own business has been my life goal and dream. With years and years of learning and efforing in product knowledge and management, I decided to found C.D. Great Furniture Co., Ltd when I was 40. Therefore, I chose the hardwave furniture industry which was the most familiar steel pipe I know. 2002 was the year I started CDG.
2007-2013 was the best period for CDG to grow steadily. Due to the merger and reorganization of customers, all orders were moved to other developing countries like China or Vietnam for production. So, CDG fell into the biggest dilemma for 2.5 years without any order from customers. However, we had not to be completely discouraged, refused to give up. CDG re-start to improve the company's internal organization, train more professional staffs and adjust our business direction to get well preparation with sufficient confidence to face more challenge in the future. With the arrival of new customers in 2015, CDG was ready to become an important role in Taiwan's hardwave furniture industry.
